I know rotational inertia, rotational inertia is a friend of mine.... But anyways, its all a bunch of mental master-bayshun really. The effects are probably low enough that it will be difficult to measure.. and in this case, the only way to really accurately measure the effects would be to do before and after acceleration runs, at the same temperature and and altitude and whatever other variables you could control.. that would really be the bottom line. But it prawly ain't gonna happen..
